Patrick H. Rohan
BEAR CREEK -- Patrick H. Rohan, 95, died Sunday.in St. Joseph's Residence, New London, after a short illness.
He was born April 29, 1884, in Bear Creek, and lived and farmed in the Bear Creek area his entire life. He was a former employee of F.W.D. Corp., Clintonville, and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bear Creek, the Holy Name Society, and a former member of Knights of Columbus and Catholic Order of Foresters.
Surviving are five sons, Patrick, Omro, Myrlin, Pensacola, Fla., and Norbert, Roger and Kenneth, all of Bear Creek; three daughters, Mrs. Mark (Evelyn) Lowney, Bear Creek, Mrs. Harold (Jean) Dieck, Clintonville, and Mrs. Arnold (Rena Mae) Heiman, Marshfield; one half-brother, John Rohan, Milwaukee; one sister, Mrs. Cecile Jolin, Escanaba, Mich.; 45 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Rev. Joseph Shinners officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call at Cline-Hanson Funeral Home, New London, after 3 p.m. today, and Wednesday at the church until the time of services. A prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
