The Galveston Daily News (Galveston, Texas), 17 Jul 1993, Page 4 Dorothy Crenshaw GALVESTON -- Mrs. Dorothy Crenshaw, 77 of Galveston passed away July 16, 1993 at 2:30 a.m. at her residence in Galveston. Services will be held on Mon. at 10 a.m. in the Memorial Room of Broadway Funeral Home with the Rev. Ken Walker officiating. Burial will follow services at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock, Texas. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. on Sunday in the Memorial Room of Broadway Funeral Home. Mrs. Crenshaw was born Oct. 14, 1915 in Dayton, Texas. She was retired from Galveston News Agency of 24 years. Mrs. Crenshaw was also retired from Mainland Floral of 10 years. Survivors include her husband Wayne T. Crenshaw of Galveston; sisters Delia Wells of Houston, Margaret Pennington of Austin, TX., Juanita Arnold of Dayton, TX.; a host of friends and numerous relatives and her loving pet Benji. Pallbearers will be Willard Pennington, Mike Emerick, Richard Rawlins, Hank Crenshaw, Mark Crenshaw and Beau Rawlins.
