Jennie Genieve Seegers, 77, of Breckenridge Drive died at 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, 2000, at St. Vincent Hospital.
She attended Clearwater Christian Church in Florida and Asbury United Methodist Church. She was a member of Christian Women's Club and Helping Hands Extension Homemakers Club.
Funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Myers Funeral Service, Reed and Jewell Chapel on 25th Street, with the Rev. Jerry Williams officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until service time Satruday. Burial will be a Garland Brook jCemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Red Croll.
Mrs. Seegers was born in Smithville,, N.Y., March 3, 1923, the daughter of Leon S. and Margaret M. Parker Sackett. She married Garnet W. Seegers Feb 18, 1942, in Adams Center, N.Y. He died March 29, 1997.
Surviving are sons, William L. Seegers of Westport and Gary P. Seegers of Columbus; a daughter, Kyra Bode of Columbus; grandchildren, Kevin Carothers and Elizabeth Seegers, both of Indianapolis, Bill G. Seegers of Nashville and Matt Carothers, Becky Smallwood, Andrew Seegers, Nichole Clipp and Leslie and Corey Seegers, all of Columbus; a brother, George Sackett of Bullhead, Ariz.; a sister, Ida Jewett of Watertown, N.Y.; and seven great-grandchildren.
she was preceded in death by twin Grandchildren, Michelle and Michael Seegers.

SERVICES
Funeral for Jennie Genieve Seegers, 77, of Breckinridge Drive was conducted Saturday at Myers Funeral Service, Reed & Jewell Chapel, with the Rev. Jerry Williams officiating. Scott Kahlanbeck was soloist.
Burial was at Garland Brook Cemetery. Pallbearers were Kevin and Matt Carothers, Bill G., Andrew, Corey, Elizabeth and Leslie Seegers, Doug and Nichole Clipp and Becky Smallwood.
Mrs. Seegers died Tuesday, June 20, 2000, and St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

County Road 650N
Gary P. Seegers, 65, of County Road 650N, passed from this life at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Kindred Hospital Indianapolis South in Greenwood.
Mr. Seegers was a member of the Indiana Army National Guard and was employed in the new products department at Cummins Engine Mid-Engine Plant at Walesboro, where he had worked since 1995.
A sports enthusiast, Gary enjoyed hunting and watching his grandkids participate in their sporting events.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Barkes, Weaver Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Mike Weiler officiating. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday. Cremation will take place after the service.

Survivors include his wife; children, Nichole Clipp, Leslie Seegers-Douglas and Corey Seegers, all of Columbus; grandchildren, Cody and Nikia Clipp, Kaylyn and Taylor Darnell, Bryleigh Binney, and Braden and Lucas Seegers; a sister, Kyra Bode of Columbus; a brother, Bill Seegers of Westport; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Seegers was preceded in death by his parents and twin children, Michael and Michelle Seegers.
