Mrs. Lorran (sic) Duncan Succumbs at Ipswich
Word has just been received In Adams of the death of Mrs. Hannah Richmond Duncan, wife of Lorraln M. Duncan, Aug. 6 at the Cable Memorial hospital at Ipswich, where she spent the last five summers.
Mrs. Duncan was born in Adams Oct. 21, 1886. She attended local schools and later went to Simmons college and studied at the Children's hospital in Boston. She was married at Adams June 25, 1912. For the past 10 years she has been at the head of the Infirmary at Abbot academy in Andover.
Puneral services were held at Ipswich Aug. 8 and burial was in the Duncan family lot in Woburn.
Mrs. Duncan is survived by her husband; three sisters, Mrs. W. D. Turck of Canton, O., Mrs. E. C. Chadwick and Mrs. Frederick Page of Dover; a niece, Mrs. Charles Bell of Jackson Heights, L. I., and a nephew, William R. Page of Flora Park. L. I..

Charles F. Bell
Charles F. Bell, 41, a former Salisburian, died Monday night in a Bar Harbor, Me. hospital. He was ill a short time. His home was in Dover, N. H.
Mr. Bell was the son of the late Lawrence E. [&] Edith Bell Edgecombe of Salisbury. He was a captain in the field artillery, serving four years in World War II. He graduated from Collegiate School in New York City and attended Cornell University.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Page Bell of Dover; an uncle, Fred Bell of Salisbury and an aunt, Mrs. Charles H. Blair of New York City.
A funeral service will be held at the Hill and Johnson Funeral Home. The date and time are pending.
