The Adams County native retired in 1982 from CTS in Berne and was a member of the Altar Society. Surviving are her husband, Victor H.; a son, Larry L. of Berne; a daughter, Janet E. Lengerich of Geneva; sisters May Stetler, her twin, of Pleasant Mills, and Elna Bailey of Decatur; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary of the Presentation Church, Geneva. Calling is from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday with an 8 p.m. rosary service at Downing Funeral Home, Geneva. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Geneva.
