      Christine Sackett

      Christine Sackett, nee MacLean, 87, of Fairview Heights, died Saturday, May 3, 1986 at Belleville Nursing Center in Belleville.

      She was a member of Senior Citizens of Caseyville Township.

      Preceding her in death were her husband, Ralph E. Sackett on November 29, 1973; her parents, Charles and Annie, nee MacLean, MacLean, and three brothers, James, John, and Neal MacLean.

      Surviving are two sons, Raymond E. Sackett of Lima, OH and Edward R. Sackett of Fairview Heights; a sister, Katherine Stuart of Prince Edward Island, Canada; six grandchildren, Mrs. Roger (Janet) Mattea of Collinsville, Jeffrey Sackett of Houma, LA, Mrs. Joan Adams of Fairview Heights, Jon Sackett of Fairview Heights, Mrs. Norman (Susan) Reagan of Edwardsville, and Mrs. George (Patricia) Sharos of Belleville; seven great grandchildren; our dear aunt and cousin.

      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Kassly Colonial Chapel in Fairview Heights with Rev David E. Marshall officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.

      Friends may call after 3 p.m. Monday at the Kassly Colonial Mortuary in Fairview Heights.
