E. Sackett of the Sala apartments, Rock Island, became the bride of Mr George Allen Leach of Chicago. The ceremony was performed by Dean J. J. Quinn and the attendants were Miss Margaret Sackett, sister of the bride, and Mr Walter Archer, the bride's cousin. The bride wore a handsome brown broadcloth suit with a Georgette crepe blouse and a velvet hat of the same shade. The maid of honor wore a green suit and hat to match. Immediately after the ceremony, the bridal couple left for a wedding trip to Chicago and on their return will reside in Rock Island. The bride is a charming young woman endeared to many friends. She has lived in the twin cities all her life and received her education in the Rock Island and Moline schools. The groom is connected with the Cudahy Packing Co. of Chicago.
