SACKETT--Burt A. Sackett of Rochester St., Bergen. N. Y., entered into rest Saturday afternoon, Sept. 16. 1944. He is survived by two daughters, Miss Jenny Sackett and Mrs. Martin Klafehn, both of Bergen; nine sons, Irving of Erie, Pa.. George of Rochester, Burton of Bergen, Clark of USN, Homer of Erie, Pa., Ira of Rochester, Edmond and Ralph of Bergen, Dewey of the U. S. Army: 14 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held from his late home Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 19, at 2:30. Interment, Mt. Rest Cemetery, Bergen, N. Y.

Carole Ann Sackett Becomes Bride

ASBURY FIRST Methodist Church was the scene of the Nov. 7 marriage of Miss Carole Ann Sackett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ira E. Sackett of Riley Place, to Robert Martin Ellvvanger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Ellwanger of Hawley Street.

The Rev. Thomas M. Stcen officiated.

The bride wore chantilly lace and tulle over taffeta and a fingertip veil. She carried white chrysanthemums.

The bride's aunt, Miss Margaret E. Walters, was her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Judith Polle, Miss Barbara Lenzi and Miss Gertrude Zingaro. The bride's cousin, Priscilla Buck, was junior bridesmaid.

Best man was William Phaff; ushers were Richard E. Sackett, brother of the bride; Kenneth J. Ellwanger, brother of the bridegroom, and Walter Hibbard. The bride's brother, David Sackett, was junior usher.
