OK, I think I may have figured out the Syrena C. Sackett departed this life Jan 13, 1841. I suspect this was the first wife of Samuel Sackett. The Illinois Marriages Earliest to 1900 that is on-line gives this marriage:
SACKETT, SAMUEL / GOODMAN, IRENE CAROLINE / SANGAMON / 03/23/1837
He then married wife #2, Margaret Campbell in Sangamon Co., IL 2/5/1843.
The Early Settlers of Sangamon County, Illinois by John Carroll Power says Samuel Sackett married Cyrena Goodman and moved to Missouri.
I believe then that Samuel and Margaret had a daughter "Susy Caroline". I have her born in 1854 in IA. I also think this Susy Caroline is the same Cyrena C. Sackett who married John Lampkin April 5, 1875 in Macon County, MO. She is later referred to only as Mrs. John Lamkin in her brother, Enos Sackett's obituary in 1904. It says she lives in Washington.
Enos Sackett, 55, died at his home in Moberly, Mo. 3 February 1901. He formerly
lived on a farm in Ten Mile township. He leaves a wife and one daughter, six
brothers, Grant Sackett, Henry Sackett, Thomas Sackett and John Sackett of
Ten Mile, Reuben Sackett of Illinois and Winfield Sackett of Oklahoma, three
sisters; Mrs. Wm. Watson, of Ten Mile; Mrs. John Lamkin of Washington and
Mrs. J.A. Draper of Idaho. His wife was a sister of city Clerk, Charles L. Farrar.

Mrs. Serena 0. Lamkin, mother of Mrs. Jessie E. Wenrle, editor of the Post-Dispatch, died at the White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles, California, Wednesday, June 27th, 1923, and was buried in Los Angeles. Mrs. Wenrle wa8 with her at the time of her death, having arrived there several days before. Mrs. Lamkin was living with a daughter in Los Angeles at the time of being stricken.--Center, Colorado, Post-Dispatch.
Mrs. Lamkin, with her husband, Mr. J. H. Lamkin, who departed this life a short time ago, formerly lived in Gray county, near the present city of Montezuma. She also made several visits to Meade while her daughter, Mrs. Wehrle, and family lived here. Friends both here and at Montezuma, will regret to learn of her death. Two sons, Sam and Charles, and two daughters, Mrs. Wehrle and Mrs. Hearn, survive her.
