Rennie C. Kienitz
MUSCODA -- Rennie C. Kienitz, 49, rural Muscoda farmer, was killed Friday while working on a power saw at his farm in the town of Pulaski.
Officials said his arm became caught in the belt of the power shaft on the saw.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Pulaski Presbyterian Church.
Friends may call at the Godager funeral home after 3 p.m. today.
Surviving are his wife, Hazel; his mother, Mrs, Fred Kienitz, and two daughters. Mrs. Marjorie Leeck and Mrs. Patricia Lewis, all of Muscoda: a son, Lyle, at home; two brothers, Albert, Avoca, and Leo, Muscoda; and three sisters, Mrs. Florence Kraus and Mrs. Gladys Mousseau, both of Muscoda, and Mrs. Leona Schunk, Avoca.

Meyer, Hazel M. Kienitz
LANCASTER/ AVOCA -- Hazel M. Kienitz Mever, age 92, of Lancaster, and formerly of Avoca, died Friday, Dec. 17, 2004, at Orchard Manor in Lancaster, with her family by her side. She was born Jan. 3, 1912, to Calvin and Mathilda (Schroeder) Sturdevant in Clyde township. Hazel married Rennie Kienitz on March 1, 1930. and together they had three children, Marjorie, Lyle and Patricia. Rennie preceded her in death on Nov. 22. 1937. On Sept. 3, I960, Hazel married Joseph Meyer, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 22. 1967, Hazel enjoyed crocheting and playing cards, especially euchre. Hazel is survived by her children, Lyle (Barbara) Kienitz of Cassville, and Patricia (James) Locher of Dubuque, Iowa; son-in-law. LcRoy Leeck of Avoca: 10 grandchildren: 14 great-grandchildren: and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Hazel was also preceded in death by her daughter, Marjorie Leeck; brother, Jim; and sisters, Elsie, Nellie and Lulu. A private family service will be held Sunday, Dec 19, 2004. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lyle Kienitz, 654 Denniston St., PO Box 164, Cassville, WI 53806. The family Wants to extend gratitude to RiveTdale Healthcare in Mustoda. and Orchard Manor in Lancaster, for the wonderful care that she received for the last 18 years.
