Notes |
- NOTE: Weygant has a son, Fred B. Sackett listed for Hiram Barton Sackett and his wife Sarah Smith:
of Jamestown, Minn.
They resided in 1905 at 114 East Third St., Jamestown, Minn. - [Weygant, p. 375, 463]
Although Fred B. is said to be living Jamestown Twp, MN; which is near Mankato in Blue Earth Co., MN. I have been unable to find him and his wife in the 1900 Federal Census, or the 1905 Minnesota Census. However, research shows that Hiram Barton Sackett and his wife had only 2 children and according to the 1900 and 1910 censuses, only one was living and that was their daughter, Eleanor R. "Nellie" Sackett.
More research shows that Weygant also listed Fred B. as Frederick B. Sackett, son of W# 1783 Hiram Sackett and his wife Millicent Smith. Therefore, Fred B. has been unlinked from Hiram Barton Sackett and merged with Frederick B. Sackett. - [Thurmon King]
