UTTER, BERNARD NELSON, 78, of Spring Hill, Pasco County, died Sunday (Dec. 14, 2003) at home. He came here in 1979 from his native Walton, N.Y. He was a retired welder and an Army welder in World War II. He was a member of VFW 7914 Sidney, N.Y.; Combat Infantryman's Brotherhood New York, and Worldwide Church of God, Clearwater, where he served as a deacon. Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Luellia; and one sister, Loretta Maltise, Brooklyn, N.Y. National Cremation Society, New Port Richey.
