GREAT BEND
Great Bend. Pa., Jan. 10--Announcements have been received of the marriage of Mary Louise Harper of San Diego, Cal., to Jack Clifford Sackett, Corporal, U. S. Marine Corps, and son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Sackett. The wedding took place Jan. 7 at 4:30 p. m. in the First Baptist Church at San Diego.

WATSON -- Mrs. Mary L. (Sackett) Watson, 56, of 514 Davis Ave., Endicott, formerly of San Diego, Calif., died Thursday at 11:15 a.m. at the Ideal Hospital, Endicott, after a long illness. She is survived by 1 son, Phillip L. Sackett, Endicott; 1 grandson, Jason Phillip Sackett, Endicott: 2 sisters, Mrs. Lucy B. Nipp, La Mesa, Calif.; Mrs. Warren (Helen J.) Thaggard, Dallas, Texas; 2 brothers, J.R. Harper, Lawton, Okla.; Douglas Harper, Brandon, Miss.; also several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of Del Cerro Baptist Church, La Mesa, Calif., and a member of the San Diego Retired Employes Association. Prayer services will be held tonight at 8 p.m. from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 E. Main St., Endicott. with the Rev. John D. Walden, Sr., pastor of Faith Baptist Church, Binghamton, officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, San Diego, Calif. The family will receive friends at the memorial home today from 3-5 and 7 until time of service at 8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the Broome County Unit of the American Cancer Society or Faith Baptist Church "Building Fund," RD 2, In-graham Hill Road, Binghamton.
