OBITUARY published in The Adrian Daily Telegram, 2/20/1995:
CLINTON -- Dorothy J. Sackett, 68, of Clinton died Sunday 19, 1995, at her home.
She was born April 27, 1926, in Clinton, the daughter of Wallace and Viola (Sproull) Escott. On Jan. 2, 1943, she married Herbert W. Sackett. He survives.
Mrs. Sackett was a member of Happy Rebekah Lodge No. 249 of Onsted.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son,... She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Alice, and one brother, John.
There will be no visitation or service. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lenawee. Arrangements were made by Couture-Ochalek Funeral Home in Clinton.
