      CAMPBELL--Leeson, of Dedham Massachusetts, died suddenly, on June 23, 1996. Mr. Campbell grew up in Cambridge and attended Lycoming College and Boston College. He worked at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health from 1959 until 1996. He was the son of Walter and Loraine Campbell, late of Cambridge. He is survived by his wife, Lilla Luquer Campbell, Son and daughter in law William Leeson and Elizabeth Campbell, daughter Barbara L. Campbell, a granddaughter, Kaitlyn Sarah Campbell, and two brothers Dix McDill Campbell of Belmont and Charles Lanning Campbell of Colorado Springs, CO. Mr. Campbell was a member of the United States Power Squadron in Boston and a life member of the National Rifle Association. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, June 28, at St. Pauls Episcopal Church, 15 St. Paul St., Brookline. Burial will be held privately at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the Dedham Massachusetts School Committee to be held as part of the Leeson Campbell Fund for the Support of the Early Childhood Education Center at the Capen School, 322 Sprague St, Dedham MA 02026
