Former Real Estate Man Here Dies At 79
CUYAHOGA FALLS--Earl J. G. Lovett, 79, a former widely known real estate broker and insurance man here, died Friday in the Elyria Methodist Home after surgery.
Mr. Lovett. who also formerly was in business in Cleveland, at one time was general agent of the American United Life Insurance Co. for Akron with offices in the Akron Savings & Loan Bldg.
HE WAS a native of Alliance. He was a member of the First Methodist Church in Elyria and formerly was a member of the First Methodist Church and its Friendly Bible Class in the Falls. He was a 32nd degree Mason.
Mr. Lovett leaves his wife, Hazel; two stepsons, Raymond and Burton Klapp of the Falls; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Quick of Alliance; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services are being arranged at the Dickens Funeral Home in Elyria.

Klapp, two sons Burton C. 2ND, William R.; daughter, Kristine K. all of the residence; brother Ravmond C. of Irwin, Pa.; mother, Mrs. Hazel Smith, of Elyria, O. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p. m. today at Clifford Funeral Home, 1930 Front at., Cuyahoga Falls, where services will be conducted at 1:30 p. m. Tuesday, by Rev. Edward Thorn. Military rites by the American Legend Charles Faust Post No. 281. Interment Oakwood Cemetery (Clifford, 928-2147).
