DEATHS
At her home, 614 Hazle street, last night occurred the death of Mrs. C. P. Kepler (sic), one of the most respected residents of the city. Deceased was 47 years of age and had resided in this city practically all her life. Complications with which she suffered for some time caused her demise. Besides her husband she is survived by one son Edward, two daughters Violet and Pearl, and the following brothers and sisters: George Sackett, of Monticello, N. Y.; Harry Sackett, Mrs. Owen Lloyd and Mrs. George Shaffer, all of this city; also by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Sackett of this city.
Note: Several newspapers carried versions of this obituary, all misspelling the surname as Kepler. However, funeral notices published in several Wilkes-Barre newspapers on October 3 and 5 correctly spell the surname as Ketler.
