Patrick James Sackett 'PJ' Age 51, of Menasha, formerly of Fond du Lac Passed away on July 12, 2004 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton.
Patrick was born on May 31, 1953 to Harvey and Mildred Merkley Sackett in Neenah, Wisconsin.
Patrick graduated from the University of Oshkosh with a Bachelor of History Degree and achieved a Masters Degree in Education Administration at the University of Milwaukee. He taught education at South Milwaukee, Sheboygan Falls, Plainfield and of late he was the Principal of Lomira High School. He loved to spend time with his family and kids especially hunting.
Survivors include his former wife and friend, Judy of Fond du Lac, his sons, Travis and Kyle Sackett, Fond du Lac, mother, Mildred Sackett, Neenah, sisters: Starr Sackett and special friend, Glenn Vissers, Menasha and Dawn Sackett, Neenah; brothers: Harvey Shirley Sackett, Mount Horeb and David Sackett, Menasha; and adopted brother, Duane Ruth Sackett, Independence, WI; Patrick's special friends Rosie Bushman and Keith Brixius; and his dogs, Bear and Shadow.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey.
There will be no services per Patrick's wishes. Memorials may be directed to the funeral home for Patrick's sons.

Harvey A. Sackett
MENASHA -- Harvey A. Sackett, 72, Menasha, died early today.
Mr. Sackett was born Nov. 27, 1908, in New London and had been employed by the Hewitt Machine Co. of Neenah prior to his retirement. He was a veteran of World War II, and a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church and the United Commercial Travelers. He had been a member and secretary of the John A. Bryan Masonic Lodge No. 98.
Surviving are his widow, Mildred; two daughters, Starr Ann Sackett, Menasha, and Dawn Sackett, Neenah; four sons, Dr. Duane Sackett, Philadelphia, Pa., Harvey E. Sackett, Neenah, Patrick Sackett, Sheboygan, and David Sackett, Menasha; three brothers, Claude and Earl Sackett, both of Marquette, Mich., and Bill Sackett, Little Chute; two sisters, Mrs. Adam (Dee) Yappa, Miami, Fla., and Mrs. Bill (Garna) Gerron, Colorado; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. His first wife, Marie, is deceased.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Westgor Funeral Home, Neenah, with the Rev. James C. Plymire officiating. Interment will be. in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, where Masonic services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m.
A memorial has been established.

MOUNT HOREB/FITCHBURG - Harvey Emil Sackett, age 61, was ushered into Heaven's Gate on Tuesday, March 27, 2012.
Harvey was born in Neenah on April 26, 1950, to Harvey Addison Sackett and Mildred Merkley Sackett. Harvey grew up in the Neenah/ Menasha area with his five siblings.
Harvey worked at Kimberly-Clark in Appleton for 10 years. Harvey had many talents. He was a certified forklift operator and he enjoyed fixing small engines and carpentry. After moving to Mount Horeb, Harvey used his many talents and gifts helping others. Harvey enjoyed spending time with his close friends, Rollie and Joan. Harvey liked animals and was very fond of the outdoors. He was an established marksman and loved to hunt and fish. Harvey made Mount Horeb his home and became part of the community. It was in Mount Horeb where Harvey met Shirley Moore and they married Feb. 16, 1995.
Harvey is survived by his wife, Shirley; two sisters, Star and Dawn; and brothers, David and Bud.
Harvey was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Patrick; and his only child, John Michael Sackett.
Harvey was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at the SALVATION ARMY CORPS AND COMMUNITY CENTER at 3030 Darbo Drive, Madison
