BERKOVITZ, Edward passed away February 9, 2006 at the age of 86. An Advertising Executive on Madison Avenue in the 1950 s and 60's. He retired at age 50 with his wife to the Island of St. Maarten. They later lived in Marstons Mills on Cape Cod, and escaped every winter to either California, Puerto Rico, or Florida. Ed and Jane Berkovitz, Members of the Suncoast Mummers died within a couple of months of each other. They leave 2 children, Tobe of Boston and Amy Marash of Washington, DC; 2 grandchildren, Hope Bowers of NYC and Emma Bowers of Santa Monica, CA; brother, Sidney Berkovitz of Marblehead, MA, sister-in-law Roberta cantor of Stoughton, MA. Toale Brothers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
