Kenmore News
. . .
Oramon I. Nash, who for the past three or four years has spent the winters in Kenmore, died yesterday at the home of his son-in-law, Hiram E. Vincent, of No. 71 Tremaine Avenue. Mr. Nash had reached the ripe age of 82 years and six months at the time of his death, which was due to the infirmities of age, after a short illness. Mr. Nash was horn in the town of Persia, Cattauraugus (sic) County, and was a lifelong resident of that place, where he owned a farm and where he made his home in great part up to the last few years, when he spent the cold months in Kenmore. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Hiram K. Vincent of Kenmore and Mrs. Blossom Burge of Chicago. Prayer services will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent this evening at 8 o'clock. The remains will be taken to Wesley, Cattauraugus County, for interment. Mr. Nash had become a familiar figure on Kenmore streets and he will be missed by many who had met him. He was a devout member of the Methodist Church and was a regular attendant at prayer meetings and Sunday services.
