SACKETT RITES WILL BE SUNDAY
Brief Illness Fatal to Aged Ruggles Resident.
NEW LONDON, Feb. 5. -- Funeral services for William Sackett, 80, retired farmer, who died at his home in Ruggles, south of here last night after a brief illness, will be conducted Sunday afternoon at two o'clock from the late residence.
The Rev. Young, pastor of the Ruggles Federated Church, will officiate at the ceremony, and burial will be made in the Ruggles Cemetery.
He was born in Ruggles-tp and had spent his entire life in this section. He was very well known and highly respected in New London.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Eva Sackett he is survived by four' daughters, Clara and Georgia Sackett and Mrs. A. Quinn, all of Ruggles, and Mrs. Edith Sellars, of California.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon at two o'clock from the late residence with the Rev. Young, pastor of the Ruggles Federated church, officiating. Interment will be made in the Ruggles cemetery. [Yes, this text appears twice in the obit.]
