      HEART ATTACK PROVES FATAL - Amos R. Brandyberry Dies Suddenly at Home in Monroe
      Amos R. Brandyberry, 78, died at his home in Monroe this morning at 2:30 o'clock. Death was caused by a sudden heart attack. Mr. Brandyberry had been in the best of health. He was an emplyee of the Decatur Casting company.
      The deceased was a lifelong resident of Monroe and one of the pioneer members of the Friends church in that community. He was born in Monroe township, May 14, 1861, a son of Abraham and Louisa Brandyberry.
      His wife, Clinda Major-Brandyberry, survives, together with the following children: Floyd Brandyberry, Mrs. Otho Lobenstein, and Otis Brandyberry, all of Monroe; Mrs. Ethel Branch of Decatur and Mrs. Frank Hartnett of Scottville, Michigan. A sister, Mrs. Etta Heffner of Monroe and a brother, Rev. M. T. Brandyberry of Ontario, California also survive, together with eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Three sisters and two brothers are deceased.
      The body will be removed from the Lobenstein funeral home to the home in Monroe and may be viewed after 7:30 o'clock this (continued on p. 8, not included)

      MONROE MAN DIES OF HEART ATTACK
      Amos Brandyberry Dies Suddenly: Funeral Services Sunday Afternoon
      Amos R. Brandyberry, 78, widely known Monroe man, and an employee of the Decatur Casting company, died of a sudden heart attack Thursday at his home.
      He had appeared to be in good health when he retired Wednesday night.
      He was born in Monroe Township.
      Surviving are a widow, Clinda Major Brandyberry: the children Floyd Brandyberry, Otis Brandyberry and Mrs. Otho Lobenstein all of Monroe. Mrs. Ethel Branch of Decatur and Mrs. Frank Hartnett of Scottville, Mich.; a sister Mrs. Etta Heffner of Monroe: a brother, Rev. M. T. Brandyberry of Ontario, California, eight grandchildren, and one great granddaughter.
      Funeral Services will be held at the home at 1:30 p.m. Sunday and at 2 o'clock at the Monroe Friends Church.
      Burial will be in the Ray Cemetery west of Monroe.
