AUGUSTA A. "COLVIN" MCCALL
1921 - 2010
Augusta A. "Colvin" McCall, 88, of Pensacola, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2010.
Mrs. McCall was born in Pensacola and lived in the Pleasant Grove Community all of her life. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. McCall enjoyed reading her Bible, playing dominoes, watching wrestling, going for long drives and especially loved working in her garden with her flowers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd McCall; parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Colvin; her son, Andrew McCall; and several brothers, sisters and cousins.
Mrs. McCall is survived by her four daughters, Minnie Clendenin, Ann Cape, Barbara Morgan and Donna Brock; brother, Robert Colvin; grandchildren, Terese Smith, Troy Morgan, Cynthia Morgan, Daniel Smeltzer, Les Smeltzer and Donna J. Grote; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11am Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Ralph Morgan officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7pm Friday at Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home. Interment will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
