Announce Date for Marriage of Mrs. Grace Splawn, Alfred Volz
COLEMAN, April 20 --(Spl)-- Mrs. Grace Sackett Splawn of San Antonio, daughter of Mrs. Henry Sackett and the late Mr. Sackett of Camp Colorado, will be married to Alfred Volz, also of San Antonio on April 22.
The marriage vows will be solemnized at high mass at Saint Ann's Catholic church with Rev. Father Hooks, nephew of the bridegroom, reading the service.
The couple will leave after the ceremony for a brief wedding trip to Monterrey, Mexico, and will also visit in San Luis Polasi, where Mr. has business interest.
They will live in San Antonio.
Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Reed of Austin will be hosts to a prenuptial dinner, served in the Aracacha room the San Anthony Hotel the evening of April 21.
