      PAULGER, JOHN CAROL, 67, of 865 S Gulfview Blvd., Clearwater Beach, died Friday (April 11, 1980). Born in Canada, he was a winter resident 13 years from Blackstock, Ontario, Canada, and was a retired dairyman. He was a life member of the Lions Club, King Solomon Chapter 8, GRC, Toronto, and Lodge No. 46, Clearwater Beach. Survivors include his wife Doris Sargent Paulger; two daughters, Joan Carol Speakman, Blackstock, and Rosemary Sandra Haggan, Fruituale, British Columbia; a brother Thomas, Toronto; seven grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Moss Fort Harrison Chapel, Clearwater.
