      Lona J Baker Levie passed away May 18, 2000 at her home in Elsinore, Sevier, Utah. She was born April 10, 1919, in Sevier to John Walter and Nancy Desta Bills Baker.,
      She married Elmer Thomas Levie Jan. 24, 1935,in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple. He preceded her in death Oct. 30, 1999.
      After her marriage, she and her husband lived and worked at Kimberly, they moved to California to raise their family, then retired and moved to Elsinore.
      She was an active member of the LDS Church serving as a counselor and teacher in the Relief Society .
      "Mama was always taking care of others. She was a perfect wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Her life can be summed up with a quote from Proverbs 31: 10-31."
      Her family was important to her. She has the honor of claiming six sets of five generations at one time in her family. They all came to see her and spend time with her on Mother's Day this year.
      She is survived by daughters Loretta (Mack) Easton, Whittier, Calif.; LaJauna Rae (Bobbie) Enders, Salt Lake City; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren, sister Faye Jeffs, Salt Lake City.
      She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, and brother, Calvin.
      Funeral services were Tuesday, May 23, at 3 p.m in the Rose Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in Whittier, Calif. Funeral Directors, Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield, Utah.

      On Sunday, November 11th, Surrounded by her loved ones, Loretta passed into her Father in Heaven?s loving arms. She will long be remembered for her unwavering faith, her ability to connect with others, sense of humor, fierce love & devotion of family, and her beautiful, generous heart.
      Born in Woods Cross, Utah on November 17, 1935 to Elmer & Lona Levie. The small family made their way to Southern California in 1936, where she remained until returning to Utah in 2005.
      Loretta was a devoted wife, and loved being a mother to her children Cynthia, Kerri & John, Then, in 1970 she married James L Bayly and added Gordon, Marjorie, Richard & Robert to her brood. Four years after the death of her beloved Jim, she married Mack J Easton and enjoyed the blessings of being a part of his beautiful family.
      She loved her family, home and church; cooking, serving, and loving. But most of all she loved to laugh.
      Loretta is survived by her children, Cynthia L Zimmerman, Kerri L Taylor, John A Franco, her step-children Marjorie Ellis, Richard & Robert Bayly; Foster daughter Gina Jessop, 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
      Her life will be celebrated on November 17th,2018 at 3pm, in the upstairs multipurpose room at Legacy Village, 4146 N University Ave, Provo, Utah 84604. She will be interred at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, California.
