Henry Sackett

Henry Sackett, of Thanet, Kent, son of Robert Sackett and Mary (___) Gibbes, was born after 1610. He was buried at St John in Thanet on 15 February 1645/46. It was probably this Henry Sackett who married Susan Pettit at Ringwould, Kent, on 26 January 1631/32. Susan was buried at St John in Thanet on 8 June 1668. An inventory of her estate was taken at St John in Thanet in 1669.
Henry was named as a beneficiary in his grandfather Robert Sackett's will made at St John in Thanet in October 1622. He was to receive £5 at age 21.

Robert Sackett

Robert Sackett, yeoman of Minster in Thanet and Preston-next-Wingham, Kent, son of Robert Sackett and Faith Norwood, was born in about 1574. He married at St Peter in Thanet on 24 February 1597/98, Mary (___) Gibbes. She predeceased Robert and was buried at St Nicholas, Ash next Sandwich, on 29 July 1622.
Robert was named as a beneficiary in his father's will made at St John in Thanet in October 1622. He was to receive £5 as were his children Faith, Henry and Edward when they reached 21. Robert's eldest son Thomas, who was already of age, received £10 from his grandfather.
