Daily Advocate (Stamford, Connecticut), 14 May 1975 MAYNARD NASH SARASOTA, Fla. - Maynard Nash, 68, of 3936 Shell Rd., a native and former resident of Stamford, died Monday at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. He moved to Sarasota in 1968. Mr. Nash was the retired owner of a paving company and a member of the Connecticut Society of Civil Engineers. Formerly a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and of the Suburban Kiwanis, both of Stamford, he was a member of the Sarasota South Kiwanis Club, the Sarasota Power Squadron and the Field Club. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ives Nash, of Sarasota; a son, Paul Nash, of Darien, Conn.; a sister, Mrs. W. R. MacCumber, also of Darien, and one grandchild. Funeral services will be held at the Bouton and Reynolds Funeral Home, 545 Bedford St., Stamford on Friday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Stanley F. Hemsley, former pastor of St. John's Episcopal Church will officiate. Interment will be in Willowbrook Cemetery, Westport.
