Hazel C. Petz
Hazel C. Petz, 87, of Hopewell Township, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2009, in Rochester Manor.
Born April 27, 1922, in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late James and Edna (Miller) Erb. Mrs. Petz was a retired telephone operator and clerk for the city of Aliquippa.
Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Theodore R. Petz; a granddaughter, Shannon Horter, Rochester; three great-grandchildren, Jordan, Alexis and Madison; a brother, James Erb, Aliquippa, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Sandra L. Kyper, in 1984.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the TATALOVICH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, www.tatalovichfuneralhome.com. Complete arrangements will be announced in Wednesday?s Times.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society or the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
