      hospital.
      Mr. Sackett was born Feb. 24,
      1914, in Rufe, Okla. He wa a
      retired construction worker, a
      Baptist and an Army veteran of
      World War II.
      Survivors include one son, Lee
      Sackett of Sidney, Australia; one
      daughter, Penny Judkins of Denver;
      three brothers, Ray Autrey of
      Fresno, Calif., Ralph Autrey of
      Brixey, MO., and Wayne Autrey of
      England; three sisters, Leo Flippo
      of De Queen, Avis Wall of Horatio,
      Ark., and Ruth Craig of Broken
      Arrow, Okla.; four grandchildren;
      and a number of neices and
