Zenas Marion Sackett
Zenas Marion Sackett was born at Milford, Indiana, June 10, 1845 and departed this life Dec. 9, 1920, at the age of 75 years, five months and thirty days.
He came to Butler County, Kansas, with his parents in 1872 and was married to Miss Carrie Howard Jan. 4, 1883.
He was a kind neighbor and had many friends.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Carrie Sackett, and two brothers, Joseph Preston Sackett and D. W. Sackett.
Those out of town who attended the funeral were Mrs. Brady, Mr. Harlow, Mrs. M. B, Slusser, all of Wichita, and Mrs. C. B. Foote, of Oakland, California.

Sackett: Zena Marion Sackett, aged 75 years, died at his, home in Conway Springs at 4 o'clock last Thursnay morning, 9th inst, of uremic poisoning and complications after an illness of about ten days. Deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Carrie Sackett, but no children. Mr. Sackett was crippled by an accident in a sawmill some years ago and has not enjoyed good health since that time. The funeral, with Rev. Otto Shirley, pastor of the Christian church conducting, was held at the home of his brother, Will Sackett, at 2 o'clock on Friday afternoon, followed by interment in the Conway Springs cemetery.
