Anne C. Armstrong, Vassar Graduate, Weds at Newburgh

Mrs. Noel Armstrong of Danskammer Farm, Newburgh, has announced the marriage of her daughter, Anne Corbln Armstrong, to Francis Brooks of Massachusetts. The ceremony took place at noon Saturday at the Armstrong home, with the Rev. Andrew Van de B. Vos and the Rev. Claude McIntosh, both of Newburgh, officiating.

Because of the recent death of the bride's father, the late Noel Armstrong, only relatives were present at the ceremony.

The bride is a graduate of the Shipley school, Bryn Mawr, Pa., and of Vassar college. She is a granddaughter of the late John Harper of the publishing family. Her uncle. Hamilton Fish Armstrong, is editor of "Foreign Affairs."
