Myron A. Sackett.
Myron Ward Sackett, one of the oldest and best known citizens of Meadville, died at his home in that city on Wednesday of last week, in of 74th year of his age. He had to a resident of Meadville since o'clock. with the exception of ten years when he was in business in Pittsburgh. He was for a period of 36 years Supreme Recorder of the A. O. U. W., and for a period of 12 years served as Secretary of the National Fraternal Congress, the positions giving him a very wide acquaintance. Deceased was a member of the Unitarian church. His wife and five children survive. Mr. Sackett and wife had expected to celebrate their golden wedding anniversary on August 15th next.
