Mrs. Borden had made her home with he daughter, Mrs. Ida Kennedy, at San Diego for the past few years and died there July 21. Service was held in the Lewis Colonial Mortuary chapel, San Diego.
Surviving are two sons, Maj. Archibald D. Borden, formerly captain of old Company H of the National Guard here, and now residing in Whittier, and Thomas C. Borden, Jr., of Cornoa; four daughters, Mrs. Ella Ware of Heber, Calif.; Mrs. Kennedy; Mrs. Tillie Wilsie, San Diego; and Mrs. Jo Wilhite, Whittier.
