Hay of Lawrence, Kas., announce the engagement of their daughter, Flavia V., to Mr. Charles S. Hazen of Denver, son of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Hazen or Kansas City Kansas. Miss Hay graduated from the University of Kansas in 1936 and is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma soroity. Mr. Hazen was graduated from the University of Kansas in 1934 and is a member of the Acacia fraternity. The wedding will take place December 27.
