Georgia Cook
Services for Georgia M. Cook, 75, of 4325 26th Ave., Moline, are 1 p.m. Friday at Kirk, Huggins and Esterdahl Funeral Home, Orion. Burial is in Western Township Cemetery, Orion. .
Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Mrs. Cook died Monday, Sept. 4, 1995, at Illini Hospital, Silvis.
The former Georgia M. Sackett was born Feb. 3, 1920, in Enid, Okla., the daughter of William Paul and Lillian Payton Sackett. She married Maynard J. Cook Sept. 23, 1939, in Moline.
She enjoyed ceramics and needlework.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Marlin J. and Judith Cook, Dixmont, Maine; a daughter-in-law, Karen Cook, Rogue River, Ore.; grandchildren, Jed and James Cook, Dixmont, and Michael Cook, Tacoma, Wash.; and brothers and a sister-in-law, Darold and Irene Sackett, Aulander, N.C., Robert Sackett, Buffalo, Wyo., and William Sackett, Mesa Grande, Ariz. A son, Maynard Cook Jr., is deceased.
