Caleb Hyde (1739-1820) served as captain, 1775, major, 1776-1777, and lieutenant colonel, 1778, Massachusetts troops. Discharged 1781. He was born in Norwich, West Farms (now Franklin), Conn.; died in Broome County, N.Y.

Daniel Sillman (1752-1818) enlisted, 1775, as private in the 10th company, Connecticut Continentla regiment, and, 1777, served as sergeant in Capt. Jabez Wheeler's company of militia. He was born in Fairfield, Conn.; died in Easton.
Ebenezer Colman (1751-1827) served as corporal in Capt. David Miller's company, Lieut. Col. Obediah Hosford's regiment, 1776, which marched to East Chester. He was born and died in Coventry, Conn.
Caleb Matthews (1743-1814) was ensign, 1778, in the 2 regiment, Rhode Island Continental troops and promoted lieutenant, 1777, serving in the first battalion of infantry. He was born in Wallingford, Conn.; died in Bristol, Conn.
James Stanley turned out at the Lexington Alarm in the 10th Connecticut company under Capt. Abraham Sedgewick. He was born, 1744, in Hartford, Conn.; died in Lisle, Broome County, N.Y.
