Retired businessman, Thomas Walsh, dies

The pillars that stood on the Main Street side of Mennonite Hospital until the new-addition replaced them in 1968 were shaped at the Walsh company.
The firm's work place on West Olive, once a landmark, burned twice in the early 1970's, the second time just before it was to be demolished.
Mr. Walsh's funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Main Memorial Home and at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
