Earl Biddison

Services for Earl D. Biddison, 82, a resident of 513 E Forest Hill for 27 years, will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at Wilton Mortuary.

The Rev. Robert D. Mushrush will officiate. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 to 4 p.m. today.

Mr. Biddison died at 3 p.m. Friday in Proctor Hospital, where he was admitted on Jan. 5.

He had been employed as general foreman at Caterpillar Tractor Co., foundry where he had worked for 28 years before retiring in 1958.

Born in Toledo, Ohio, on Jan. 18, 1893, he was a son of Charles G. and Viola M. Platt Biddison, and married Vada May Clinger in Chicago on Aug. 3, 1918. She died in Peoria on Jan. 29, 1976.

He was a World War I Navy veteran and a member of Peoria Post 2, American Legion, Caterpillar Retirees Club and Peoria Senior Citizens Golf Association.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Dorothy) Graf and Mrs. Richard (Earlene) Fidler, and on son, Donald D., all of Peoria, 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

A daughter, two brothers, and one sister preceded him in death.
