Mr. Haigh was formerly manager of the Personnel Department of the Chase National Bank in New York. Mr. Haigh was born in Bergen Point, N.J., son of Mr. and Mrs. DeLagnel Haigh. He was a graduate of Princeton University, class of 1920, and was a major in the Air Force (sic) during World War II. During World War I, he attended aviation ground school. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Frances DeValin Haigh; a daughter, Mrs. John T. Carver of San Francisco; and two sisters, Mrs. J. C. Roop of new Canaan and Mrs. Angelica Hovey of Tumwater, Wash.
