Prominent Brother Of Miss H. Joor Of Lafayette Expires

HOUSTON, Tex., Jan. 29--William E. Joor, 71, Texas and Louisiana building engineer, died in a local hospital Wednesday.
A native of Harrisburg, Tex., Joor spent most of his life in Houston, Dallas, and New Orleans where he designed office buildings, churches, hospitals, bridges and hotels. He was a graduate of Tulane University.
His Dallas projects included the Santa Fe office building.
Survivors include his widow, a daughter, Mrs. Judith Joor Craske, Chicago, Ill.; a son, William E. Joor, Jr., Oak Ridge, Tenn., and three sisters, Miss Harriet Coulter Joor, Lafayette, La., Mrs. May Joor Seipker, Barry, Ill., and Mrs. Anna Theodosia Joor Smith, Baton Rouge, La.
