A Winona special to the Minneapolis Times says: Considerable surprise was caused here by the announcement of the Marriage of Miss Nettie Mae Felgate, of that city, and Wm. A. Whiteslaw, of Minneapolis. The bride is a teacher in the Winona public schools. It was intended to keep the affair quiet but it leaked out and now congratulations are in order. Billie, as he is better known here, has a large number of friends who join in wishing him and his bride a happy married life.
