      Marcenus D. Mothersell, 76, died at his home in Avoca late Friday night after a week's illness. He was born in the town of Middlesex . . . .

      He married Miss Elizabeth Quackenbush Jan. 4, 1875, at Canandaigua and her death occurred several years later. He married Mrs. Mary Baker of Iona, N.Y. Follwing her death, he married Miss Harriett Bush of Rochester, who survives with one daughter, Mrs. Clayton Sackett, of Keuka, and one son, Walter H. Mothersell, of New York . . . .
