  • Notes
    • May was the oldest of 8 children. Her family moved from Green Co., IL to Clarence, MO when May was a small child. She brought a heritage of devout Methodism from her parents and strove to impart character to her family. The Boring family trace their heritage back to the Mayflower emigrants and boast lineage to John Howland and Elizabeth Tilley.
